The FieldLink system is like a cell phone, dispatch device, troubleshooting tool, parts database, and service manual all in one. FieldLink allows access to site and repair histories, dispatching, parts ordering, nationwide messaging, technical databases, expert support and much more.A key feature of FieldLink is an advanced interactive software program called OSCAR which allows your field technician to quickly diagnose your equipment problem. OSCAR walks the technician through the most likely sources of the problem, which helps the technician find the problem fast and fix it right the first time.
