Individualized Access
Passengers are identified by their identification medium or personal PIN code at a Schindler ID® terminal in front of the elevator or anywhere close to it.
Schindler ID checks the passenger's access rights and assigns a car (A, B, C,…) to the passenger. In doing so, Schindler ID takes account of the following criteria:

- Overall traffic capacity
- Individual traveling time
- Attributes such as space required, handicapped passengers, traveling preferences.
The passenger walks directly to the assigned car and will be transported to the desired destination without any need for further interaction.
