The moment your call comes into the Schindler Customer Service Network, your building and equipment information will automatically appear on the screen of a Schindler customer service associate. Simply tell what the problem is and where. Your SCSN representative will then alert your technician via Schindler FieldLink™, the exclusive wireless information and communication network. No pagers, no pay phones required.

Your technician will immediately know what you reported, the location of the problem and whom to see at the building. Your technician then transmits an ETA (estimated time of arrival) to your SCSN representative, who lets you know when to expect your technician on site.
