Hiring Process and Introduction

By completing our online application reply form you can submit your resume for a specific open position. Your resume will then be reviewed and you will be contacted should your skills match the required qualifications for the position.
Our interviewing process can consist of one or two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager(s), Human Resources and the department head.
If you are chosen to join us, an individual formal orientation will be developed for your first week(s) at work. In addition to receiving guidance from your manager, you will partner with a senior member of your team who will provide ongoing mentorship during your first few months on the job. You will have numerous opportunities to develop and learn new skills throughout your career at Schindler Elevator Corporation.
