Schindler University for Engineers Reserved for Engineering graduates, this training program typically consists of five to seven students. We believe that a careful introduction serves best to prepare college graduates for directly entering their target positions afterwards. The program consists of theoretical introductions, field experience, manufacturing experience, and two test jobs. During the 24 weeks, mentors who ensure their smooth transition into the company culture carefully guide the students.
