Schindler offers a choice of comprehensive medical options managed through a national provider. All medical plans automatically include prescription coverage.

Schindler offers a competitive dental plan with the freedom of choosing your own dentist.
Reimbursement Accounts
Schindler offers Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts which enable employee’s pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses and dependent care expenses.
Life Insurance
Schindler offers company paid basic life, AD&D and business travel accident insurance to all eligible employees. Schindler employees also have the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves and for their eligible dependents.
