Develop, Maintain, and Support Information Systems
The Information Systems (IS) department provides application development and systems support of all Information Technology (IT) infrastructure in the United States and Canada. The department also supports development activities for the global deployment of Schindler applications. Schindler’s IS department is based out of the Morristown Headquarters. Additional IS personnel are located at the Gettysburg plant, and at the Schindler Center for Service Excellence in Holland, Ohio
The IS mission is to provide world-class support for our users based on customer satisfaction, operational metrics and business results. They partner with our business sponsors to implement and maintain applications that support Schindler business objectives and create an environment where users are empowered and eager to fully leverage Schindler systems and applications. Furthermore, they maintain the optimal availability and performance of Schindler IS applications and infrastructure.
Their main areas of activity include Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, Customer Relationship Management programs, management information systems, and field force automation (FieldLink™).
The IS department is part of the global IT organization of Schindler, headquartered in Switzerland. Working together on worldwide solutions, there is an active exchange of knowledge and best developed practices, combined with various opportunities to  travel abroad.  We offer both IT management as well as specialist careers.
