Employee Motivational Surveys

Schindler is committed to providing a work environment that engages employees and encourages high performance. To help us reach this goal, biannually we administer an Employee Motivation Survey to all employees around the world.

This anonymous survey, which measures employee satisfaction with eleven different aspects of Schindler's work environment, provides employees with a formal opportunity to share their feedback about our successes and input about the areas we need to improve.

Survey results are used to create action plans for improving each location, each department, and Schindler overall. The ideas shared by employees help to shape programs and policies that make Schindler a great place to work.
